Aluminum Formwork Systems for Faster, Cleaner Construction
Aluminum formwork systems that help contractors run tighter floor cycles, reduce patching work and reuse panels safely across many pours.
Why Aluminum Formwork?
Aluminum formwork replaces timber in high-rise and mass housing projects for a few structural reasons: panels don’t deform as easily, dimensional control is tighter, and each pour looks more like the one before. The result is more predictable floor cycles, better finishes and lower lifecycle cost than traditional timber formwork.

Aluminum vs Timber What Really Matters
WOOD FORMWORK
Well-coordinated wall, slab and stair formwork helps site teams hit 4–6 day slab cycles on suitable projects.
01
Faster floor cycles
02
Higher reuse times
With proper handling and cleaning, panels can typically be reused 200–300 times before being retired.
Consistent panel geometry and smooth faces give flat, uniform finishes that reduce hacking and skim-coat thickness.
03
Better concrete finish
04
Less dependence on skilled carpenters
Most work shifts from cutting and adjusting timber on site to following a planned assembly sequence.
05
Cleaner and greener sites
Fewer off-cuts, less debris and a more organized site environment from first pour to hand-over.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What information do you need to prepare an aluminum formwork proposal?
A: We usually ask for architectural and structural drawings (PDF or CAD), BOQ if available, local code requirements and your target floor cycle. Any information on crane capacity and site constraints is also helpful.
Q: How long does it take from drawing approval to shipment?
A: For many projects, production and shipment can be arranged within 8–15 days after final shop drawing approval, depending on total quantities and current factory load.
Q: Can you support our first project with on-site guidance?
A: Yes. We can provide remote support and, for suitable projects, arrange on-site technical guidance during the first installation cycles.
Q: Do you accept third-party inspection such as SGS or BV?
A: Yes. In addition to our own pre-shipment inspection (PSI) with photo records, we can cooperate with third-party inspection companies on request.
Need a Scheme and Budget for Your Project?
Send your drawings, target floor cycle and any constraints around crane capacity or storage space, and we’ll prepare a formwork concept, quantities and a budgetary estimate.
